At LIEBE Botanica, each order is prepared with care, intention, and quiet luxury. From formulation to final packaging, every detail is considered so your ritual arrives as it should—beautiful, intact, and ready to use.

Australia-wide Shipping

We offer flat-rate express shipping across Australia only. This will be automatically added to your cart at checkout. The cost to ship is $15 or orders above $400, shipping is complementary.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days
Standard delivery time: 2–7 business days, depending on location
All orders are sent via Australia Post or a trusted national courier
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you request Authority to Leave at checkout, your parcel may be left in a safe place at the delivery address.

Please note:
LIEBE Botanica cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once delivery has been completed under an Authority to Leave request.

If you prefer added security, we recommend selecting a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel.

Delivery Details

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. LIEBE Botanica is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information we regret we cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen parcel

We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party outside of our reasonable control. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.

Please be aware that the driver will only leave the parcel if there’s a safe place on the property. If you are not there to sign for your order or there is no safe place to leave the parcel, a notification card will be left at the delivery address advising that the parcel can be collected from a nearby Post Office.

LIEBE Botanica ships all orders from South Australia via Australia Post. LIEBE Botanica only offers online orders to Australia.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier disruptions beyond our control.

Returns

We take great pride in the quality and integrity of every LIEBE Botanica product. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Change of Mind

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect Items

As a consumer you have certain rights under consumer protection legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this Returns and Exchanges Policy affects or limits your Consumer Rights.

You will be entitled (at your election) to a full refund or replacement of the same type of product (if reasonably available) if the items:
(a) are or become faulty through no fault of your own;
(b) are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to us;
(c) don’t match our description or sample; or
(d) have defects that were not obvious, or we did not bring to your attention.

In the case of any other issue with a product, we can determine at our discretion to provide a refund, repair the product or give you a replacement product.

Please return the items by following the Return Process indicated above as soon as possible after you notice the problem.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
